"Poor Teal'c, he tries, but he just doesn't seem to quite grasp the subtleties of the world he now lives in."
We will be running several polls from now til January 1st, 2007 to decide the winners of the StargateDA acting. Keep in mind, this covers all time (not just the current season). The nominees were chosen carefully, so please vote carefully!
Remember. This is not a favoritism contest. It's about ACTING. Take into account all the situations, emotions, impressions, etc, throughout their role in the show.

Wouldn't it be cool if you opened it up to find little jelly symbiotes? I'd buy it.

New Journals 7th Oct. 06.
Well The Contest is now open untill we get at least 5 entries, then we will make a decision on when to close it. We appreciate the efforts of those who managed to get in their entries so far but will not be bias towards entries because of the deadline we had, so no worries if you hadn't gotten it in yet lol. In the mean time...
The Final Atlantis Episode of season three is set to be a stunner. "First Strike" will begin conflict with the new big bad! If you havn't watched bits of season three yet... do! Atlantis's rating has been holding steady for some time now so lets hope SCI FI doesn't axe that too lol.
SG-1 fans have been given faint hope that with another 10 episodes to air in SG-1's final season, "anything can happen". Fingers crossed SCI FI realises that we want our SG-1. At any rate SG-1 seems to be set on at least one feature length movie if all else fails. (lets just hope theres a season 11 lol)
Also we are introducing quote of the week, which will be displayed at the top of this journal bar this week ^^'''. Send in a funny one liner or dialogue and we'll put it up.

Hello, my name is.... on Sep 23, 2006
Hi everyone
I would like to officially introduce myself to you all. I'll be helping make this club a bit easier to navigate around, and hopefully a little bit more fun.
=
astarsia is me, and I'm glad to be part of a club that represents my FAVOURITE show >>ever<<!
Anyway, so I am just warning you that i'll be making some new journals, to clean some of the current ones up. the header and footers will remain.
So I apologise ahead of time, if you get a handful of journals. its nothing new, so you dont have to read them.
Oh and before I finish up here, I just want to assure you that any advice or ideas that anybody has that you believe will be good for the club, please dont hesitate to send a NOTE

ideas are always welcome and appreciated. They will be looked over, and discussed by the staff.
My aim is to make this club what is can be. So I look forward to greeting each of you as I go along, and seeing what people come up with, with future competitions.. Take care
Jo.
[edit] just wanted to point out that the edit journal section isnt showing me the header and footer, so if it isnt showing in some journals, i'll have to fix it when it shows up again. sorry about that.

also i'll have to host the images from my hosting site, because hosting images that are located on da are against the rules. that will be fixed after i can see the header again.

GOOD NEWS! on Sep 10, 2006
There has been much talk recently of a Stargate SG-1 feature film. Information has been passed to us that MGM has held talks with a studio. While nothing is conclusive yet... DON'T count SG-1 out just yet. Also thanks to several of our members for posting great links on the last journal. So cross your fingers and hope that SG-1 has a bright future ahead of it.
On another note the competition is coming closer so please get your entries in asap.
